Ali Carl Gülerman has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive in the IT sector. He has long experience in big data and digital transformation. Ali Carl was managing director of Inforte Inc., a New York stock exchange listed company, as well as Business & Decision Germany (part of French leading BI company Business & Decision). In his previous roles he successfully established international go-to-market and growth strategies for several leading professional service and IT companies. Ali Carl studied Industrial Engineering at Technical University Berlin and Economics and Business at Stanford University in California.

Lothar Hänsler

Chief Operations Officer

With a professional track record of more than 35 years, Lothar Hänsler held various IT management positions in Germany, the United States and Singapore. Before joining Radar, Lothar Hänsler was Head of Cybersecurity at Rolls Royce Power Systems AG, a division of Rolls-Royce plc. He was in charge of setting up a Cyber Defense Center. Hänsler holds a degree in Business Administration from Pforzheim University.

Slobodan Keseljevic

Chief Technology Officer

Slobodan Keseljevic brings in more than two decades of experience in top management positions and consultancy in Telecommunications and Finance. He has led several large-scale projects in digital transformation and IT change to success. Keseljevic holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vienna University of Technology and completed certificates in Software Engineering and Advanced Management.

Sebastian Michels

Head of Global Sales

Sebastian Michels has more than 20 years of experience in the IT sector. He is a founding member of basecamp IT in 2006 and RadarServices in 2011 with its brand Radar Cyber Security. The enterpreneur brings in extensive leadership experience in business development, sales and channels. His goal is to guide Radar Cyber Security from a direct sales approach to a channel organization. Michels studied Transport Economy and Logistics at the University of Bremerhaven and Business Administration at the University of Vienna.

Dr. Christian Polster

Chief Portfolio Officer
Chief Security Officer

Until 2011 Dr. Christian Polster was executive assistant to the management board of Lufthansa Systems AG. He held previous managing positions at CSM Continental Security Management AG and SurfControl Plc. Dr. Polster studied business informatics in Vienna and Madrid as well as business administration in Vienna, London, Paris and Singapore. Later he completed his doctoral degree in the field of strategic finance at Vienna University of Economics.

Petra Pongratz

Chief Financial Officer

Petra Pongratz brings in several years of finance leadership experience with management positions in IT and technology companies. Prior Radar, she worked at a global IT Consulting group. The proven financial specialist has been in charge of accounting and controlling. Today she additionally manages Legal Affairs and Human Resources. She studied Accounting and Controlling in Graz, majoring in English with a combination of Europe, Economics, Language and Law.

Harald Reisinger

Chief Evangelist / Founder

Harald Reisinger has over 20 years of experience in corporate management in the IT sector. He was the co-founder of Greentube Ltd. (sold to Novomatic). In 2001, Reisinger founded base-camp GmbH, which developed into one of the largest IT security companies in Austria. Radar Cyber Security originated from his idea for an IT risk management as a managed service. Harald Reisinger studied international business at the Vienna University of Economics and the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Thomas Hoffmann


Thomas Hoffman has over 20 years of experience in the international management of IT security companies. He was the founder of EUNET Austria and EUNET International BV. Furthermore Hoffmann also founded CSM Security Management Ltd. Hoffmann signed as Managing Director for Central Europe and advisor to the board of SurfControl. Before founding Radar Cyber Security with Harald Reisinger, Hoffmann was Sales Leader Austria for Security Services and Software Support for IBM Austria. He studied international business at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Concordia University in Montreal.

Dr. Gernot Hofer

Invest AG

Dr. Gernot Hofer is Member of the Board at Invest AG. Previously he gained international experience in Hong Kong and with a Vienna venture capital fund. Dr. Hofer has a degree in Business Studies from the Vienna University of Economics and was awarded a doctorate in Venture Capital and Private Equity.

Jörn Werner


Jörn Werner is Operating Partner at Armira and has led several companies in their digital transformation process as their CEO. He has management experience from private equity owned companies, family businesses and public companies. He holds a degree in Economics and Psychology from University of Hamburg.

Jens Westernhagen


Jens Westernhagen is Investment Director at Armira and has several years of experience in the investment sector as a board member. He studied Industrial Engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and in the USA.
