Vienna 4th of March. Petra Pongratz was appointed Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1st of March 2019 and will assume this role from Dr. Christian Polster. As Chief Portfolio Officer Dr. Polster will be responsible for the strategic development of Radar Cyber Security’s product and service offerings.
Previously, Petra Pongratz was a member of the management team at NTT Data Austria GmbH where she managed the financial matters of the business and IT consulting provider. Prior to that, the proven financial specialist with a strong focus on controlling and accounting worked as Head of Accounting & Controlling for several IT and technology companies. In addition to Finance & Controlling, she is also responsible for Human Resources and Legal at Radar Cyber Security.

Dr. Christian Polster takes on the newly created position of Chief Portfolio Officer. Strategic projects and the further development of portfolio products and services are coordinated in this role and customer and market requirements are continuously integrated accordingly. As part of the company’s transformation from a service provider to a technology company and the corresponding transformation, new structures were created and new divisions established. The responsibility for strategic planning and objectives in this role is thus an essential part of further expanding IT security made in Europe.
