Vienna, April 17th 2019 – Radar Cyber Security, Europe’s leading provider of managed security services, continues its steady growth. For new projects and innovations, the Austrian cyber security company is expanding its Cyber Defense Center, also known as Security Operations Center (SOC).

After a short rebuild time of a couple of weeks, Radar Cyber Security is now opening its enlarged Security Operations Center. It has now been extended to more than 600 square meters and covers a total of two floors. With this expansion, Radar Cyber Security is implementing another milestone in its successful growth strategy. By investing in additional jobs, the Viennese cyber security company is creating the ideal conditions for providing the best possible service to existing and new customers. SOC as a Service is the complete package for companies and their cybersecurity efforts. The experts from Radar Cyber Security monitor complete IT infrastructures in specialized teams. These services are based on the many years of know-how of the employees as well as the most modern, inhouse developed technologies like the Radar Platform.

From the beginning, Radar Cyber Security has been operating an ISO 27001-certified Security Operation Center at its headquarters in Vienna. The increasing number of customers and the demand for Radar Cyber Security’s offers not only require an increase in personnel, but also an increase in space. Radar Cyber Security is thus home to one of the largest and most modern Security Operation Centers in Europe. It offers sufficient space for security experts and analysts. Like the existing SOC, the new SOC also has a sophisticated physical security concept and security system including access controls.

Harald Reisinger, Managing Director of Radar Cyber Security, on the expansion of Cyber Defense Center Vienna:

“With the SOC expansion, we are further strengthening our managed services offering. We support companies in optimising their IT security and thus providing the best possible protection against growing cyber threats. Our products and services are very well received and we have seen an extremely high demand in Europe. With our services and new developments, we are setting important trends for the future. Following the establishment of SOC Vaduz and the expansion of our Vienna headquarter, we are now in a position to accompany this growth in a long term.”
