RADAR Cyber Security, Europe’s leading provider of cyber security solutions ‘Made and operated in Europe’, announces the successful closing of a financing round with a multi-million Euro investment.

Provided with fresh capital, the cyber security specialist headquartered in Vienna pursues to respond to the increasing demand due to recent global developments and RADAR’s growth in market leadership for cyber security “Made in Europe”.

Further strength for the management team

The company is also expanding the management team and will again be supported by Thomas Hoffmann as RADAR Co-Managing Director and Harald Reisinger who returned as technical advisor and interim Chief Technology Officer. The two founders of RADAR Cyber Security strengthen the existing management in the upcoming growth phase.

SOC technology and SOC as a service: The future is protecting Europe’s critical infrastructure

The success of the product portfolio with RADAR Services and RADAR Solutions will be further enhanced. The company steps up its activities as a SOC provider with its proprietary SOC technology for customers interested in inhouse operation or managed security service. RADAR also follows up on deploying its expertise with SOC-as-a-Service services at the company’s own CDC (Cyber Defense Center) in Vienna.

The Austrian security expert pays special attention to the protection of critical infrastructure against cyber threats as well as shaping affected companies for legal amendments (e.g. NIS2 Directive of the European Union or Germany’s IT Security Act 2.0). In addition to its own technology, RADAR relies on industry standards as well as partnerships such as with EnBW Cyber Security GmbH, a subsidiary of Energie Baden-Württemberg.
